Experiencing layers and conversations around overflow, transparency, forgiveness, beauty, and kinship. This piece reflects to the self what is needed, I think that is what art is supposed to do. They formulate to carry a specific conversation, feeling, expression to the person who stands in front of them. Where was I, in heart and mind, when creating… in conversation with the soils beneath me, I think this piece was being prepared for my future conversations—instilling in me what it means to love infinitely, thoroughly, abundantly. This piece honors the cycles of wombanhood, of union, and divine encounters with natural elements. I trust the journey she will take will be fruitful. Send a hug to your neighbor.
